Really worried

Hi girls i have a few questions i need answers for...

So about 2-3 weeks i started having an egg white with a brownish color discharge and i thought oh hey my period is coming because i was supposed to get it in the upcoming week. The discharge lasted about 3 days and it went away. A day before i was supposed to get my period i spotted something pinkish but it was like a 1 time thing. Well, my period hasnt come. I did a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it came back negative. But im really nauseated literally most of the day. Especially when i wake up. I've been getting little cramps for about 5 days but my period hasnt come. Is there any chance i might be pregnant ?
