timing contractions
I've been having very mild contractions . nothing extreme . its not the ones where my whole stomach gets hard. its like period cramps . should i still time them even if they don't hurt ? I've been having them all day & if they pass the 5-1-1 rule should i head to hospital or wait until they're intense ?
