Bad Anxiety
Lately I have been having very bad anxiety that seems to have gotten worse recently. Usually I have panic attacks at night and I keep waking up my boyfriend. They last ALL NIGHT LONG. First time I didnt sleep at all and then last time it happened I slept a little but I kept waking up and trying to move the blanket so I could have the air conditioner blowing on me. but then I would get cold and pull the blanket back up but then I felt like I was having a hot flash and needed to pull it back down. I just want to know how to cope with this! Are there natural things I can do to help?? I would like to be able to sleep tonight lol. thanks in advance
