16 dpo, 3 days late, negative pregnancy test

I feel as though I have lost my mind. I am 3 days late and 16 dpo with three negative so far. Do I keep testing or just wait for AF? Do I call my doctor? Is it possible that I could be pregnant and the test aren't picking up the hormone
