Os BC still active

Is the BC still active after 3 weeks? I stopped BC pills 3wks ago due to the fact that it would make me so nauseous and It will make bleed for more than a week, Anyways my partner and I had unprotected sex last night, but it was already today basically. Today is my first fertile window day and I was wondering if im still open to the possibility of concieving? My next AF is on the 9th of Sept according to Glow! EDIT: I was BC since last year, im going to my doctor's ofmmmfice tomorrow, will I have to wait for her to prescribe me BC pills again??
