Embarrassed about pregnancy body. I look 16 again.
I've never been this heavy before, I'm 5'2. My face has become very round. Strangers stare at my belly. They don't ask because my husband and I are getting a lot of weird looks. I'm getting id'ed for the first time in almost a decade. Attending an event with my husband and father, a drunk man spit out his drink when he learned who I was with. My husband looks 35 and the man kept saying, "She looks 16!! She doesn't look old enough to drive!" Weeks later another man says "Congratulations on the baby. I thought you were about 16." I usually play it off as "When I'm in my 60s, I'll be looking fantastic!" I want to vomit. 😞 I was feeling so happy about my body, but now I'm almost disgusted that I look like a pregnant child to quite a few people. I dress appropriately for occasions. I also dress my bump. I have usually wear my wedding ring and elegant necklaces. I look in the mirror now and feel a little creeped out. My husband is well dressed and clean cut. I don't know what to do!
