Sleep

My daughter just turned 10 months old today. She used to fall asleep very easily but now it's a major battle every single night. She stands up in her crib every time I put her down. She screams and screams unless I rock her or let her fall asleep on my lap, then wakes up the second I put her in the crib. Cry it out is not working. She gets so worked up that it wakes her up more. Then she wakes up about every 2-3 hours crying. Nothing seems to calm her down! Any advice? I am so tired and desperate at this point!
