Lo Loestrin Fe: Help!

I am currently on my second month (second pack) of Lo Loestrin Fe, and I feel like it's gotten my body out of whack. I've gotten irregular periods, my face has been breaking out despite my diligent regimen, and I sometimes get these throbbing headaches.

Are these regular symptoms that I need to just deal with until my body gets used to the pill? Or should I ask my doctor about switching?

For the record, this is the first time I've ever taken non-emergency contraception.
