Longer period?!

Usually my period lasts 3 days but my last cycle lasted longer than 3 days. Is that normal?

Answer

Many things can cause irregular periods, stress being a big one. Thyroid conditions, birth control, weight, to name a few others. Unless your having horrible cramps you don't typically get or bleeding unusually heavy, I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. But I always recommend seeing your Gyno if your concerned.
