Do you get cramps so bad that they give you diarrhea

I think it's more I get cramps because I have diarrhea.

I always get that on my period, it sucks, but it's normal. I just take some Pepto-Bismol and hope for the best

I find ibuprofen helps me stay on top of my cramps & stops the diarrhea if I take it early enough.

There are no cramps without diarrhea. I've read that the samething causing cramps also effects your stomach and intestines. I just started my period today and I'm damn miserable, but pooping helps relieve pressure.
