Okay so I'm going into my sophomore year in high school and I'm supposed to get my period right before then, but I still have no clue how exactly to use a tampon ! I feel like it would be like a mini milestone for me but my anxiety keeps me from even thinking about asking my mum, so I came to basically the most helpful ladies I know.
