Dull cramps at 4 weeks

I'm 14 dpo, with my bfp on 10dpo. The line has gotten quite dark, took my last pregnancy test last night. I would be due for my period today or tomorrow.

I woke up with dull period like cramps this morning, no blood, no spotting. Its making me nervous. Last time I woke up with these, I was also bleeding and I miscarried at 5 weeks. The cramping also got quite severe a couple of hours later.

My last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, the line on the pg test never got this dark, and started fading a few days before I MCd.

Is this kind of cramping normal as long as there is no blood?
