VBAC after emergency c-section

Hello everyone. I had an emergency C-section 3/28/17. My son was a week overdue so I was induced. I got to 10 centimeters and suddenly my sons heart rate dropped to 60. They had me begin to push but after 2 pushes they decided to take me for an emergency c-section. My son is now almost 5 months old. My husband and I would like a 2nd child in the near future. I'm wanting to have a VBAC though as I want another c-section. I know I need to talk to my doctor about this but I would like to hear stories from other moms who have maybe also had an emergency C-section with their first child and then a vbac with their second. I would love any feedback as I begin the process of searching about the pros and cons of a vaginal birth after an emergency C-section. Thanks.
