Are you a part of a sorority? Or if you could join one which one would you join?

A girlfriend and I are interested in going to a meet and greet at our university. What can we expect? She is interested in the AKAs. I have no clue thinking of the Zetas or Sigma Gamma Rho....Thoughts?

They're not bad. I wasn't in one but was friends with girls in them. They have mandatory study time, mandatory group/bonding time and volunteer/community days, you have to keep a certain gpa, and I'm pretty sure there was an extra cost to be in a sorority. It's not at all how the movies depict them so it's not all parties, in fact many sororities have a no drinking policy where if you even have pics of you holding a beer you can get in trouble/kicked out of the sorority.
