advice. one ear piercing infected.
I have 2 in each ear. Not new piercings. Same earrings in all of them. One piercing is infected, I cleaned everything up and it's not healing. It's itchy and I have crusts forming. What else can I do? I don't understand why even the other piercing right next to it is totally fine.
