Pain in my ovaries

Hi I am 17 years old have not had sex at all yea I do masterbate but it's rarer when I do and so I been having pain in my ovaries sometimes is just on my left or sometimes on my right or sometimes there on both of them and it's a strong pain that I have to bend down and just like hold my adnominal and I can't walk because of it I'm really scared what's going on and I been having this pain for like a month and 2 weeks and 4days and even when I get my period it hurts what can it be help please.
