Dating a man with a baby?

So I'm kinda talking to this guy but he has a little girl. I want to date him but I've been putting it off due to the fact that he has a child and a baby momma. Now the child I don't mind it's the little girls mother I mind. I mean I'm a very jealous and hard headed person and I feel he could be taken away at any moment although he's reassured me he won't. Should I just try it and see what happens? I've heard his baby momma is crazy which is what I'm afraid of. Pls help!! ):

Look exs and baby mamas are things you have to deal with. It's hard being with someone that has kids. I will never do it again. Was the worst because of her. Went through it twice never again. She owns him. She's not happy no one is. Boundaries. Coming over whenever. Seemed like the kid only got sick or had an issue when it was date night. Breaking up date night. You not being able to be around him if the kid is with him she went to court and made sure of that and could only see him when the kid wasn't there. Or them not being over their ex or their ex not being over them. Social media. The worst thing ever for relationships. Jealous exs trying to sabotage things. If you  are a jealous person I don't think this is for you. You get tired of the bs real quick. Not to mention the kid. Them hoping their parents get back together or sabotaging your time with their dad. You are the home wrecker. The kid hating you. Being their moms spy. Telling mommy lies. Bratty behavior and you can't discipline their child or try and be their mom. Soooo much bs that I will never go there again. Good luck.

I met my husband in 2012 when his daughter was just 3 months old. never in a million years would I have though we would be married now... just because be has a child and a "baby mama doesn't mean shit... his daughter calls me mommy Kristen. she only knows me with him. when I told him "I do",  I knew I was promising her forever too. I love her like she is my own.

it's not the easiest thing to do but if you want to be with him you have to accept the bio mom will be in his life. if for some reason things don't work out between my SO and I, I dont think I would be in another relationship with a guy that has kids already unless I know they have an agreement and things are good between him and his ex. I love my SO and his child so i can never imagine leaving him because of his ex.

It's not easy, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker. I am a 'baby mama'. My child's father was abusive & hopefully will not be in the picture, but that hasn't stopped him from spreading around that I was and am the crazy one - so keep an open mind with that one.
