Anybody else's baby have to stay overnight in hospital?

I took my furbaby to the vet today and they diagnosed her with either a strain of the parvo virus or a severe virus like it. Her white blood cell count was dangerously low and she was given an 80% chance of surviving. They're keeping her for a few days to hydrate her, give her steroids, and pain meds and I am beside myself at home. She has horrible separation anxiety and I hate that she's there but I know it's where she needs to be. Anybody else been through this?
