TMI: freaked out

Ladies first of all I am sorry if you have experienced a miscarriage. I light bled Tuesday night then nothing until Wednesday night and was a red flag to go into the ER. Tuesday morning we found out it was in fact a miscarriage from a blighted ovum except not even a sack was formed. Saturday morning I experienced heavy cramping as soon as I woke up and passed at least 5 huge chunks over a two hour bath. After passing "everything" it slowed down to annoyingly painful after a while cramps and just spotting. Monday night the cramps were still harsh so I went back into the ER were they said everything was looking normal....? Today I'm feeling a little better but have this weird feel at my cervix so I reach up the I know gross and there's a stringy material hanging out of my cervix. I tried pulling it, but I don't want to break it off? What should I do? This was my first time TTC so I have no idea what's going on. I don't have an OB and I was denied Medicaid so I'm concerned and can't afford another bill.
