How long does it take my body to detox from birth control? I'm on the patch & we'd like to try for baby #1 soon but we want to know when we can officially TTC

I got off the patch 2 months ago, had a normal period and now they're pretty regular. So far nothing yet. Every women's body is different.

It varies from woman to woman. I had severe symptoms from birth control  (pill). It included a red,swollen, itchy, and tender breast. It took almost 8 months for that to go down and become normal again. I had some other symptoms as well that went away at the same time (8 months later). at the time I was having all these terrible symptoms my doctor explained that I could have a regular period while I regulated (I did) and that it could take anywhere from 1 month to one year. that every woman has different hormones.

Takes about a month I'll say. As for pregnancy, you can get pregnant right after you get off

I think it varies from woman to woman I have been off the pill for seven months trying to get pregnant and still nothing and yet I have friends who came off and got pregnant straight away you just gave to let your body adjust x
