What's your first lifestyle change?

I dumped my fridge of everything not preg safe and bought healthier options. What's your first big lifestyle change. I'm 4w3d

I quit smoking smoked for 22 years .

I have cats I normally clean up behind but now I leave it up to my fiancé which drives me crazy bc he doesn't clean up as great as I can lol

I stopped alcohol and eating a lot of fast/unhealthy food. Now I eat an egg in the morning with Kashon lean cereal. I munch on pistachios, almonds and walnuts during the day. I drink a glass of cranberry juice and superfood juice in morning. I also drink a glass of orange juice mixed with grass fed gelatin powder through out the day. At night I drink a glass of coconut milk. I drink between 6-8 bottles of water daily and also try to eat at least one fruit of some sort. Lol. I may be going overboard but I have endometriosis stage 4 and have been trying for 7 years with two laparoscopy surgeries. Doctor told me it would be next to impossible to get pregnant on my own so I gave up. It's only by the grace of God I got pregnant so I'm taking it serious.

I started cutting out any foods/drinks I think have too much coloring or artificial flavoring. I know it's hard to tell with everything, but I'm trying! 😩

I used to drink a lottttt of Diet Coke and barely any water. Right after ovulation I quit soda cold turkey & started drinking 3-4 bottles of water 😪

I stopped drinking alcohol once we started ttc. Once pregnant I lessened my caffeinated beverages in favor of more water and upped my calcium intake. I don't like milk so that's been hard for me.

I did the same! Even threw out my iced coffee. I use to drink about twocoffees a day 🙈. Now I'll only have one like every 3 days & it's decaf.

Cut out my energy drinks. I used to drink 1 or 2 a day (I work with toddlers). Now I'm down to a cup of coffee in the afternoon.

During my 3rd IVF cycle (first BFP), I went from 2 coffees per day to 2 per week, started eating avocado toast and drinking bone broth every couple of days, increasing my protein intake,   buying organic veggies and drinking lots of water plus Gatorade when I'm feeling dehydrated.  I've given into cravings for potato chips and carrot cake a couple of times but overall just trying to focus on clean healthy living!
