Crunches and sit ups while preggo
Hi! So I've been keeping up with my spin classes and I feel so great. It helps me to fight fatigue. I feel strong and healthy. However every time I eat I get so nauseous. I know the two are unrelated.
Quick question. I used to do loads of sit ups and crunches before I found out I was pregnant but I am curious if this motion is safe? Anyone still doing them!?
