Black Cohosh WORKS to bring on a period!!

I have been irregular my whole life. I started Chaste Tree (Vitex) 9 mos ago and after 5 mos taking 2 capsules a day (800mg total) and I had 3 regular cycles in a row until last month. A month ago I decided to go vegan and it through off my cycle. When I reached CD 65 I decided to do something about it and take Black Cohosh. I have read that it helps bring on a period as well as helps regulate ovulation. I took one dropper full of the liquid tincture for 10 days and my period came after last day of taking it. For those w/ a regular cycle this must sound crazy...who wants to bring on a period?! 🤔 HOWEVER...if you are irregular like me, you know how exciting it feels for the potential of having a "normal" reproductive system. 🙌🏽 My hope is things will level out as my body adjusts to a vegan diet. 🤞🏽

Just putting this out there in case anyone has experienced a similar situation. ☺️
