Ugh, mental health and studying
Just finished all my exams and got really good results and over the whole time I got really bad and my mental health was so so so low. I just need some advice about how to make yourself feel better with your study's. I know that I put it mental amount of effort and teachers called it obsessive but since I got results better than what I expected I think I have to get that way again to et my goals. It got so bad that going to school hurt every day, teachers were pulling me up on it but I just couldn't explain it until they phoned home. I can't figure out what to do and I know its not good for me to feel that way again this year but it's already happening. Any advice ??
