Eve health insights!

I have found these SUPER helpful and am now trying to do my own menstrual cycle research because of them. Does anyone know who to contact for where eve found this super helpful info? Is there an eve creator I could reach out to? Or even just where they get their information from??

It's been really hard to find sources that tell me what hormones are released when and I'm looking for some help for my scholarly quest....who knew research on this stuff is super entrenched in gender politics and hard to access because of that.
