5'3 & 210 lbs should i lose weight?

It couldn't hurt. I'm usually 240 at 5.3.  it I'm 8 months now and I'm 270. oh man do I have some weight too loose. I would love to be at 160 to 180 again.

I would worry less about numbers and more about health.  How do you feel?  Can you go on a 2 mile hike? 5 miles?  How are you eating and exercising daily?  How do you feel about your health personally.
 
I am 5'5 and 180... I should be closer to 130-140 according to BMI, but I feel pretty good.  That being said, I KNOW I am not eating as well as I could nor am I getting the full body work out needed to build muscles and keep my heart healthy.
