Fitness advice while TTC?

What advice would you give to a 1st time TTCer in terms of physical prep for pregnancy/motherhood? I go to the gym twice a week and eat healthy, am at healthy weight. What did you do that helped you or what did you wish you had done? Certain workouts, yoga, squats, etc...? TIA!
