preparing for anal sex

So my husband is on his way from work and it's rare when I decide i wanna give THAT up lol. and today I decided I want to but as I was cleaning myself I felt a piece of poop deep in there (sorry too much info) but any advice on how to get rid of that crap literally 😣😣😣😣😩😩😩
