Sharp pain?!?!

I am 4 weeks and 5 days. I keep getting little sharp pains all around lower abdomen. Anyone else??

That's normal, I had that early on too

My doctor said as long as it's intermittent, no bleeding and doesn't get worse and is not just on one side there isn't anything to worry about. It's your body stretching and or trapped wind. 
   If you have any of the other symptoms call your doctor. She said If I'm bleeding or it gets worse to go to the ER.
