Pinching during positive OPK?

I am having sharp pinching pains in my lower abdomen. I got a positive opk yesterday and a peak on my digital one. Does the pinching mean I'm ovulating right now? Like the egg is releasing? Or does it happen a little while after the pinching? How much longer am I fertile?

Would say that's you ovulating! Normally when you get your positive OPK you ovulate from 24-36 hours afterwards and your egg only lives for approx 12 hours so that's why it's always good to BD every other day and maybe on your positive OPK test day/day after. Good luck 🤞🏽
