I had my first ultrasound this morning, according to LMP I should be 6w 3d, but the tech said I looked about 5w 5d. All we could see was a yolk sac, and she said the doctor may schedule a follow up since she could not confirm an embryo or heart beat. I'm trying to stay positive, but would like to hear other experiences!
