Need opinions please 😭

So I went for an early scan today after the slightest amount of pain 3 days ago. I'm only 4weeks 6days...

After an internal scan I was told nothing was to be seen in uterus, just thickening of the walls.

They also seen fluid above my right ovary, so I had to do a blood test today and one in 48hours to see whether it's a cyst or an ectopic pregnancy.

Besides the small pain a few days ago I've had no pain. No bleeding. No nothing. Just tender boobs!

Am I losing my baby?😩😭
