Miscarriage

I'm pretty sure I had a miscarriage yesterday I had my first ob appointment and she did a cervical exam and pap and said she seen a small blood clot near my cervix on the side and was sure I would be fine scheduled my 4 week appointment and sent me on my way well right after that I began to cramp and the cramps would not stop they got a lil intense but not to bad by the time 6 pm hit I went to the bathroom and boom clots small ones started coming out with bleeding but not enough to fill a pad and I went to the bathroom a few times after that some more small clots and then just a lil blood on tissue after that nothing to fill a pad I am sure it was the baby should I just go in to emergency? I'm still having mild cramping but not a lot and the bleeding is now like egg whites with strings of blood in it
