Please help! Does anyone have any idea what this rash could be?

So a couple of days ago my 7 month old baby had just a couple little bumps on her belly I thought maybe it was just a little heat rash she had a fever a couple days before I noticed the rash. but then this morning it spreaded it is all over her tummy back and privates. But I really have no idea what it is? Does anyone have any idea?

It looks like Rosiola. It usually starts with a fever and a couple of days later they get a rash. I work in a preschool and we have had several cases this week. it's one of those summer viruses that spread really easily.

My son has something similar and doctors told me it would go away on its own and there is really no medication for it. We can put Aquafor or Benadryl for itching

did baby eat anything she hasn't eaten before or has she been around anything new have u put any new clothes on her without washing

It just looks like heat rash to me. Is baby scratching at it?

Detergent sensitivity? Did you use anything new?
