Question about urinalysis test strips ?

I bought these strips just to regularly check myself if I have any infections etc. but I'm wondering if anyone knows if I should do anything before doing the test like should I hold my pee in for a certain time ? Should I do "mid-stream" pee or just pee into the cup right away ? Is there a best time to do it morning or night and the other question usually at the drs they provide a antibacterial wipe but since I don't have any is it ok if I just do it like that or should I shower first ?

On the instructions it doesn't say nothing about any of that only how long to dip for and thats it how to read results
