Rape Dreams *trigger/graphic*

So recently I've been having graphic rape dreams. They include the same person.

The weird thing is, he harassed me in middle school, which was like 8 years ago.

So why now am I having these dreams?

They involve him breaking into my house and doing it, kidnapping me, or forcing me into a closet at my old middle school.

Could this be my memory acting weird? Subconscious? Stress? Any advice/suggestions are welcome.
