PCOS bleeding

I have had PCOS since my sophomore year of high school. When I had my first cyst I was on my period so if I was bleeding from it I didn't notice. They tend to happen more often when I'm ovulating and currently I am and I'm getting the twinges of pain I usually get when a cyst is getting ready to rupture. My period was two weeks late but I did complete it. Now I've been spotting with the twinges and I'm waiting till I get paid so I can go to the doctor but has anyone experienced this with PCOS before?
