Help!!! Period or implantation

On the 8th i expirenced light pink spotting and it only happened during the night I woke up with it and lasted maybe a hour next day wasn't enough for a tampon and didn't even fill up my pantyliner. I did have unprotected sex (TTC) about 9-10 days before this maybe 12 can't remember. But I'm suppose to get my period the 12 of April. I have been cramping and my boobs are very tender which could be period symtoms but I was curious if this could also be implantation? I did take a test I know way to early but I took it the 8th of course negative. But just curious if anyone has had implantation bleeding I know it says not many women get it on google but just Curious. Thanks ladies!
