what do y'all take to help with constipation?? 
like i'm so miserable, i don't wanna drink anything cause it makes me sick. i've always had problems with using the bathroom but it's so much worst now for some odd reason. 
like i've tried, stool softener, probiotics, and suppositories )))): please someone give me so ideas for relief i'm so tired of my belly hurting everyday. i want to feel good again ):

Could always try an enema & drink lots of prune juice. 
I ended up going to walk-in-care due to severe constipation around February. Didn't go for a little over a week. Went from just being constipated to a bowel blockage. They gave me a pretty heavy duty stool softener. Worked within 45 minutes of taking it. I would suggest talking to a doctor if you don't get relief soon.
