Bad gas spells?

Tonight I had the worst gas spell of my life and my poor fiancé was such s good sport about it even though he found my issues amusing! I didn't eat anything that should've caused such terrible almost unbearable gas! I'm only 5w! Anyone else in the same stinky boat?
