Irish Twins

I just gave birth on May 16, 2017, and found out on August 15 that I am pregnant again, I'm due in April, around my toddler's 3rd birthday! I'm going to have my hands full, but cannot wait, I'm ridiculously excited! Just praying that this is a healthy pregnancy (I've had a couple miscarriages right before I got pregnant with my youngest) and everything is ok, since it's still so early, I can't get past the stress of something going wrong, especially since it's so soon after giving birth too. I posted anonymously because we haven't told anyone yet and I don't want to risk anyone on here possibly knowing me (it's happened in the past!) but I'm dying to share my excitement!
