Missed period, previous miscarriage

Hey sweet ladies! I am 2 days late for my period. I took a test this evening and I'm pretty sure it's negative but I just wanted to see if anyone saw anything or someone wanted to tweak it for me? I had a miscarriage last October because I was "late" but chalked it up to messed up cycle. I then started getting super faint positive tests and then miscarried. I'm 100% sure it was due to my thyroid medication not being the correct dose once I became pregnant. When they did my blood work they checked my tag and it was through the roof at the time of the miscarriage. Now any time I'm late I start worrying 🙄
