update on pimple thing on my leg!?

so a coupley days ago i posted this on this topic here, and tonight i was wiping it softly with tissue and changing the plaster cause i have put a plaster on it at night(even though nothing had leaked out of it , but cause i put antiseptic ointment on it sometimes) and all of a sudden it burst..! pink/white fluids were coming out, not even a little bit there was a good amount that came out and i didnt push anymore out it was too sore, so i put more ointment on it and covered it... anyone wanna help, whats up with this!?! whats happened lol...
