How early can you get a positive test result with first response?

My doctor just moved my due date to November 4 instead of October 27th because baby is small. I feel like October 27th was more accurate because if I'm due on November 4th that would mean I got my positive home test only 6 days dpo. It was a strong positive if it was really that early!

Your early scans and LMP are more accurate dating than later scans. This is because all babies grow differently. My baby measured up and down the whole time but my doctor stuck with the original date. Not sure why your doctor would change your due date based on size at this stage because they should know those facts. Strange. If I were you, I would stick with the October one. Like you said, for a test that early to be so strong of a positive, means you're further along. That's just MY opinion, tho,
