Maternity Support Band worth the investment?

Hey y'all 🤗 I was wondering if anyone has invested in a maternity support band?  I am 13 weeks today and am suffering from terrible lower back pain.  I've seen them at target priced from $20 to $50.00 and would like to know if they really help and if the more expensive ones work better.  Any insight you could share would be much appreciated.

Maybe until you get bigger, try a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy adjustments. I got a belly band from a consignment shop for $5

YES. I got this one and I think it was 30?? Really helped

I got one off of amazing but didn't really find it helped until my tummy got much bigger (around 28 weeks) but by then it really helped lift some of the weight off of my bladder and it gave me a lot of lower back relief.
