Panaroma/Natera

Anyone use Natera for their panaroma test and got their results through them? Had my blood drawn Thursday, August 17th and my code began working Monday, August 21. I read many people got their results a week from the blood draw and my billing status went from "not billed" to "pending" this morning but the test still says "processing". Did the payment/insurance have to pay before they released your results? I'm super hopefully of getting my results today even though the expected date is August 29
