Its unfortunately not possible. Many have complained about this not being an option. I would recommend emailing the glow team and expressing your feelings and concerns. The more people who speak up for inclusion, the more likely the app is to change.

Unfortunately, you can't; they keep saying it's something they're working on, but I'm not holding my breath. I just haven't been logging here when my dysphoria is bad anymore. Clue is gender neutral. There's no community though (but with how things have been around here lately, that could just be seen as a blessing).
