I really like this guy at work. I'm a heavier girl and I don't think I'm all that cute but I'm almost certain he likes me. He's asked to hang out once and he always talks and flirts with me. Today he drew a smiley on a piece of paper and when I asked if it was supposed to be me he said no it's him and then drew one next to it and said it was me lol. I really like him but I'm not

Sure how to go about making the first move. I'm afraid he's not in to me. It's hard to tell since he's a sweet guy in general.
