I'm 14 years old and I have a physical exam for school today but I also have my period so what can I do cause I don't wear tampons and I don't want them to do a pelvic exam

A physical exam for school should not include a pelvic exam.

You can always request that your doctor doesn't do a pelvic exam. You can always go back at a different time for a pelvic exam if your doctor deems it necessary. They can't force you to do a pelvic exam and there's no reason a pelvic exam would effect the results of your school physical 😊

If you don't want a pelvic exam make sure you say that, they can not force you. Definitely still wear a pad x
