My husband and I have been actively trying for 13 months to conceive. Around 3 weeks ago I had an ultra sound done because I was having some pain and a full feeling on the right side of my lower abdomen, and they found a 5 cm cyst. I am supposed to go back September 1st for another ultrasound to see if the cyst has shrunk. If I by chance did conceive this month, would they be able to tell at all during the ultrasound?
